The Residence Alba Rossa is a Mediterranean style property set on 14 acres of land, only 200 metres from the local village with its shops, bars and restaurants. It features 85 single storey mini villas with simple, Mediterranean decor. All include air conditioning, televisions, blackout drapes, climate control, direct dial phones, extra towels, linens, bedding and separate sitting areas. Kitchens have refrigerators, coffee/tea makers and cookware/dishes. Bathrooms have makeup mirrors and telephones.

The hotel's Alegria Snack Bar serves snacks and meals, and guests can swim in the outdoor pool with views to the sea, and enjoy various activities including, boules, ping pong and volleyball. Practical amenities include a 24 hour front desk, laundry facilities, free onsite parking for those arriving by car, and an air conditioned lobby featuring a television. The property is located between the sea and mountains, and is five kilometres from the main town and fishing harbour of Porto Pollo. The footpaths from Serra di Ferro to Propriano, which is 21 kilometres away, are 200 metres from the property, and Propriano itself is host to numerous sporting activities, including canyoning, parachuting and climbing. Figari Sud Corse Airport is approximately 60 minutes drive from the residence, 49 kilometres distance.

Please note:

Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, an end mandatory cleaning service is provided by the residence which incurs a fee payable locally depending of the type of apartment (45 EUR for mini villas, 50 EUR for apartments and 55 EUR for T3 and T4 apartments).

A service fee of 15 EUR is payable at check in. A small resort fee (tax de s�jour) is payable per person per day �0.50, paid locally to the residence reception.

Driving Directions
Taxis and car rentals are available from the airport. Due to the location of the residence car is the best form of transportation, while the local area is best appreciated on foot.
Driving directions: From central Ajaccio continue and turn left onto the D11. Turn right onto Boulevard J. and B. Maglioli. Turn left onto Rue Sainte Lucie, take Cours Napol�on, then take the N193 / Boulevard Charles Bonaparte. Continue and at the roundabout take the first exit onto the N196 towards Propriano / Sart�ne / Bonifacio / Cauro. Turn right onto the D302, left onto D255, right onto D55, left onto D355, and then left onto D155. Arrive in Serra di Ferro.
